Autumn 2

This term Class Donaldson have explored different types of transport and looked at how advances in technology, have improved and developed our transport systems. 

As Geographers, children have learnt about transport from other countries marking them on our class map. Such as, Gondolas in Italy, Bullet trains in Japan, Tuk Tuks in Thailand and Ernest Shakletons journey to Antarctia aboard his ship Endurance. 

Children created their own boats inside and outdoors. 

As Mathematicians, we been composing and decomposing 3D and 2D shapes.
