Brierley School Council

Welcome to our School Council page.

Here at Brierley, the School Council has representatives from Year 2 all the way to Year 6, including our Head Boy and Head Girl. The councillors are chosen by their peers to help make school the best it can. They share ideas, listen to others and work together to make positive changes.

Our School Council hold class meetings, where they can inform their friends of the events that are happening in school. They will also listen to the thoughts and suggestions of the pupils in their class. These thoughts are then shared at our regular meetings with Mrs Sapey.

The School Council have enjoyed helping to plan fun events such as the summer fayre and fundraiser days. Our School Councillors work with their teachers to make the school a happy and safe place and they set a good example by being kind, respectful and responsible.

Our School Council gives every child a voice and helps everyone to feel proud of our school.
